South Plazas is situated on the east cost of Santa Cruz Island, it`s formed from uplifted marine
lava and is one of the smallest island on the archipelago. This Island despite its size has a lot
of concentration of wildlife. We will disembark in a small dock frequently occupied by sea lions.
After this we will continue through a small forest of prickly pear cacti with their yellow flowers
where could be lots of land iguanas waiting for their fruits and flowers fall of to the ground,
to get finally up to the cliff, where you can often see a shoal of the endemic yellow-tailed
mullet. The cliff is an excellent to view swallow-tailed gulls, tropic bird, frigate birds, pelicans,
at the eastern end of the island bull sea lions congregate there to rest after losing their territory
and recover energy and try to be again the beach master. After this nice walk, we go back to
the boat for lunch and sail to Punta Carrion for snorkeling activity where we can see sea turtles,
white tip reef sharks, sea lions and lots of fish, back to Puerto Ayora around 16:30.

PAYMENT POLICY:
1. For both Fit’s and Charter booking confirmation, a 50% deposit per person of the total is
required in cash, wire-transfer or on-line credit card payment via We Travel (plus 4% fee) for
bookings made 30 days or more before the tour date. If confirmation occurs 30 days or less
before tour date, 100% payment is required to properly confirm the day tour.
2. In case the above policy is not fulfilled, confirmed spaces and reservations will be automatically
cancelled.
3. As per Ecuadorian IRS law, all tax retentions must be received no later than 5 business days
from the issuing date of the invoice, otherwise, complete tour payment will be required.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. If full or partial cancellation occurs between 90 & 30 days before tour date, 30% of the total will
be charged as penalty.
2. If full or partial cancellation occurs between 29 & 16 days before tour date, 60% of the total will
be charged as penalty.
3. If full or partial cancellation occurs 15 or less days before tour date, 100% of the total will be
charged as penalty.
4. If NO SHOW takes place by passenger or arrives later than the established time to start the day
tour, there will be no reimbursement.
5. For tour cancellations due to COVID-19, it will be required to present positive test (PCR test or
similar) which will have to be sent via email to: visiting2@calipsodive.com. 6. All cancellations must be informed via email by the Travel Agency and must have a copy of the
cancellation confirmation for corresponding records.
7. Due to weather conditions in the Galapagos Islands and/or operational issues, Visiting Galapagos
on behalf of Yacht Narel will be fully authorized to make necessary changes in the original
itinerary to other sites in the Archipelago as per its authorized permits by the National Park’s
authorities. These changes will be informed in advance to the hiring party for passenger’s
acceptance or either full reimbursement or credit for future operational departures.

Early in the morning, transfer to Baltra to start our navigable tour to Plazas.
After sailing for around 1.20 hours we will arrive at the paradisiacal island of Plazas.
During our excursion we will be able to learn more about the fantastic vegetation of the island, which during one time of year is painted red to welcome its visitors
We head towards Punta Carrion, a great place to enjoy the beach and marine life
After the excursion we will proceed to do snorkeling in one of the coral beaches of the areas where if we are lucky we will see unique species
Lunch will be on board in the afternoon
